Proposal and Contract Resources
- Current and Upcoming Proposal Invitations: View a list of current and upcoming proposals, listed by proposal number and name. Download the required forms for current proposals.
- Electronic Proposal Submission Guide (pdf): Our step-by-step instructions will walk you through the process of viewing, downloading, and completing a proposal on BuyBoard.
- Proposal Tabulations: View the bid tabulations for proposals after the deadline has passed.
- Contract List with Descriptions (pdf): Complete list of contract names, contract numbers, effective / expiration dates, and brief description of each contract.
Member, Vendor, and Product Lists
- Request an Excel or PDF list of our members. Email vendor@buyboard.com to request a list of Texas or National members. Please specify whether you would like an Excel file or a PDF in that request.
